Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Personal Banking Associate to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our branch office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and guiding them to the right solutions for their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized advice and guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their banking needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions to complex banking issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking products and services, ensuring you can effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in banking and customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience in banking or customer service.
  • Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent certification required within 6 months of appointment.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, branch software, and internet applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
