About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Personal Banking Associate to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our branch's customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a premier lobby leadership branch representative, engaging customers in conversations about banking products and services.
  • Use your knowledge and skills to offer advice and guidance to customers on meeting their financial needs.
  • Train and educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking, as well as emerging banking trends.
  • Promote TD Bank products and services that align with customer needs, with a focus on Everyday Banking products and personal unsecured lending.
  • Point of contact for all customer problems, ensuring concerns are handled appropriately and within a timely fashion.
  • Assist with maintaining a professional and inviting space in all common areas of the branch.
  • Support the frontline with transactions, both cash and non-cash, as scheduled.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in a related field) preferred.
  • Proficiency in a language other than French to support or deal with employees who require services and support in a language other than French.
