Job Title: Insulation Supervisor

VIVO Insulation Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Insulation Supervisor to join our team. As an Insulation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of insulation materials in various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of insulation installers and ensure that they are working efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Manage the inventory of insulation materials and equipment.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Recommend personnel actions to management.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, and tools are required.
Work Environment:

As an Insulation Supervisor, you will be working in a fast-paced construction environment with a team of installers. You will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines while ensuring that the work is done safely and efficiently.
