Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Eazyfoods Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our food service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste.
  • Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a noisy, hot environment with occasional odors. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in this environment, ensuring the health and safety of our staff and customers.
