Job Summary:
PAL Technical Services, a leading provider of full-service aircraft maintenance, is seeking qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Maintenance and Avionics teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on aircraft, including layover checks and A-checks.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic work to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless maintenance operations and meet customer expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, including Transport Canada requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Transport Canada-approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completion or equivalent experience.
- Experience in flight line operations, preferably on Dash 8-100/200/300 and/or Dash 8-400 aircraft.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work all shifts and adapt to changing operational requirements.
