Job Summary:

PAL Technical Services, a leading provider of full-service aircraft maintenance, is seeking qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Maintenance and Avionics teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on aircraft, including layover checks and A-checks.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic work to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless maintenance operations and meet customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, including Transport Canada requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Transport Canada-approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completion or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in flight line operations, preferably on Dash 8-100/200/300 and/or Dash 8-400 aircraft.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts and adapt to changing operational requirements.
