Job Description

Dhir Trading Ltd. is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to handle financial records, prepare cheques, and maintain ledgers. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and general journals.
  • Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, to management.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work 30-40 hours per week in a permanent position. English is the primary work language.
