About the Role

This exciting opportunity is available within our team at Stellantis, where you will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning and analysis. As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for performing financial analyses including forecasting and variance explanations, contributing to the development of annual business plans, and providing key support to Sales & Marketing operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Forecasting: Perform detailed financial analyses, including forecasting and variance explanations, to provide insights that inform business decisions.
  • Annual Business Planning: Contribute to the development of annual business plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategies.
  • Sales and Marketing Support: Provide key support to Sales & Marketing operations teams, enabling them to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  • Process Improvement: Work on innovation and process improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Special Projects: Handle special projects, as appropriate, in support of corporate objectives, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing priorities.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in finance and accounting, with a bachelor's degree in a related field. A minimum of one year of experience in finance or accounting is required, along with exceptional communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proven analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables under tight time constraints.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and market research. Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA and/or CPA Designation: Possession of an MBA and/or CPA designation is highly desirable, as is experience with SAP accounting systems.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Some flexibility in your work schedule to meet internal deadlines is necessary, and a willingness to consider rotation into US-based positions may also be beneficial.
