About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Econo Lodge. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our property, including supervision of staff, maintenance of facilities, and delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Supervision: Oversee the daily operations of the property, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and coordinating maintenance activities.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and evaluate employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate regular maintenance activities and arrange for repairs as needed to ensure the property remains in good condition.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma from a program of 1-2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive guest experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
