  • As a Store Supervisor Retail at VENTE AU DÉTAIL BESTSELLER CANADA INC., you will oversee the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient inventory management. Your primary responsibilities will include:
    • Supervision
    • Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 sales staff, including retail salespersons and sales clerks.
    • Tasks
    • Authorize returns of merchandise, establish work schedules, and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff members meet performance expectations.
  • Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent, preferably in business administration or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and requests efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and multitasking skills.
