Job Title: Strategy & Innovation Internship

Job Summary:

MLSE Digital Labs is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Strategy & Innovation team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions and strategies to drive business growth and enhance the fan experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present compelling business cases and strategic initiatives using data-driven insights
  • Support the conceptualization and formulation of short-term and long-term strategic plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute ad-hoc initiatives and pilot projects
  • Communicate strategic reports and presentations to senior management, partners, and employees
  • Research and analyze industry-standard processes and trends
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and collaboration to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution with a focus on Business, Analytics, or related discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to frame business problems and initiate research and analysis tasks
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of attention to detail
