The Product Coordinator – Pricing is a key member of the Revenue Maximization team at Rocky Mountaineer. This role is responsible for supporting and applying the company's product pricing strategy across all product and services within the Rocky Mountaineer product framework.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain current and complete product knowledge and provide expert discourse on current and upcoming RM package products.
- Ensure systems and documents reflect accurate product and supplier information.
- Enter and maintain product and supplier information across systems and documents.
- Regularly follow up with suppliers to ensure information is accurate.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure balance in written product information.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of sales and marketing materials containing product information.
- Support Product Build in preparing systems and materials for new product launch, product improvements, and training.
- Review internal feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Minimum 2 years post-secondary education in Statistics, Business Management, or Travel/Tourism.
- Experience in process review and implementation.
- Experience and knowledge of travel reservations systems.
- Extensive experience with yield management and managing inventory.
2-3 days work from office.
CompensationThe base salary offered for this role is $51,000 - $55,000 per annum and can vary based on job-related expertise, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
Eligible for Rocky Mountaineer's Bonus Program.
