We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Construction Supervisor to join our team at Maxi-Paysage inc. as a Public Works Grounds Maintenance Labourer Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities- Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, and weeding.
- Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative walls, and other landscape features.
- Supervise and manage landscape construction work, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Repair and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- Physically demanding role requiring ability to lift, bend, and work in various weather conditions.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Temporary employment with 40 hours per week.
- French language proficiency.
