Director of Philanthropy and Strategic Partnerships

**About the Role**
The Creative Manitoba seeks a seasoned and driven development and advancement professional to join a dynamic team committed to a vibrant future for the organization. The Director of Philanthropy and Strategic Partnerships will report to, and work closely with the Executive Director and collaborate with the Public Engagement Department as part of a collaborative team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, strategize, oversee, and/or execute a multi-pronged major gifts strategy (for both operations and the capital campaign) in collaboration with the organization and its partners.
- Develop and implement effective communications, planning, and execution of the capital campaign.
- Work closely with the Executive Director and Public Engagement Department to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
**Requirements**
- Three years of experience in development and advancement, preferably in a non-profit organization.
- Proven track record of successful major gifts fundraising and capital campaign management.
- Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.
