Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machine tools and equipment to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek, requiring a secondary school graduation certificate and 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
Key Responsibilities:- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to ensure accurate production.
- Repair and maintain machine tools and parts to ensure optimal performance.
- Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to meet quality and productivity standards.
- Fabricate and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance.
- Maintain and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements.
- Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances.
- Verify dimensions of parts and products using precision measuring instruments.
- Operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce high-quality parts.
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
