Social Media Community Manager

At Fitch Ratings, we're looking for a skilled Social Media Community Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for managing our social media presence and developing innovative strategies to engage with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and grow our followers.
- Work closely with our global marketing teams and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for social media marketing collaborations.
- Support the development of social media content, including writing and editing posts, as well as creating and curating visual content.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform future strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on B2B financial services.
- Proven experience with social media monitoring and management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprinklr, and Brandwatch.
- Exceptional writing, proofreading, and oral communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
