Job Description for Tow Truck Driver at Gupta Towing Services

At Gupta Towing Services, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting vehicles to designated locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to repair shops, storage facilities, or other designated locations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Communicate with dispatch and other team members to coordinate towing activities and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
  • Provide excellent customer service to vehicle owners and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain certification and improve skills.
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
