About the Job

Gupta Towing Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing and recovering vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tow truck to safely and efficiently recover vehicles from various locations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck, ensuring it is in good working condition and reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, oil levels, and brakes.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication.
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
