Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at LOCAL Public Eatery, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, crafting innovative cocktails, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch service to guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve our offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service and a positive atmosphere.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of our bar.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Natural charisma and ability to build strong relationships with guests.
  • Continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for growth and improvement.
  • Liquor Service certification.
