Job Summary

Swarn Truck & Trailer Repairing Co. is seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team. As a Welder Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our metal fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpretation and Execution: Interpret welding process specifications and execute them accurately to meet quality and safety standards.
  • Metal Fabrication: Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Quality Control: Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
  • Operational Efficiency: Start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor robotic welding production lines to optimize efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in metal fabrication or a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
