Position Overview
Hospitality Services staff are the face of CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures, providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. With a passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence, they take pride in delivering memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Care for guest rooms, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
- Support the culinary program, serving, clearing, and cleaning with a focus on exceptional service.
- Execute the cleaning of all common areas of the lodge, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Provide a professional, highly organized, and detailed hospitality experience, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
- Support the ski program, assisting with radio duty and rescue response, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests.
- Follow OH&S, food safe, and WHMIS best-practices, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Support guests in the field program, as needed, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field, preferred.
- Food Safe Certificate, required.
- First aid certificate, preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' hospitality experience in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
This role requires a high level of physical activity, including lifting, carrying, and moving equipment and supplies. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and deadlines, is essential. A passion for customer service, a commitment to excellence, and a willingness to learn and grow are essential qualities for success in this role.
