Poste de Gestionnaire de documents

Adecco recherche un(e) gestionnaire de documents pour son client Rio Tinto. Ce poste est temporaire à long terme, avec un horaire de 37,5 heures par semaine en mode hybride.

Le gestionnaire de documents sera responsable de la gestion et de l'administration des documents, notamment la qualité de la documentation, le processus de révision et d'approbation, la formation des membres de l'équipe sur les systèmes de gestion documentaire, la coordination de la livraison de la documentation aux équipes et la révision, l'approbation et le numéro de documents dans les logiciels tels que SharePoint.

Le candidat idéal aura une excellente maîtrise de la suite Office, particulièrement SharePoint, et démontrera une aptitude en planification, en organisation du travail. Il devra également détenir une excellente autonomie et une bonne capacité d'apprentissage.
