Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at R Wireless. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling wireless devices and services, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Sell wireless devices and services, including plans and accessories
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services
  • Process sales transactions and handle customer payments
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
