Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:

Home and Community Care Support Services is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to patients in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes and communities
  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based research in occupational therapy

Requirements:

  • Registered Occupational Therapist in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Experience working in a community or healthcare environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
