At CarePartners, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional home health care services to our patients. As a highly respected provider in Ontario, we're seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team.
About the RoleWe're looking for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in our community settings. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring our patients receive personalized support and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct professional assessments of patients in their homes and communities
- Develop effective care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary care team
- Provide one-on-one therapeutic support to clients, promoting independence and confidence
- Coordinate and supervise Community Support Workers as needed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university
- Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Proven computer skills, including email, MS Word, and Outlook
- Strong assessment skills and ability to participate in effective treatment programs

LocationThis part-time position will service the areas of McKellar, Port Loring, Burks Falls, and Sunridge.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
