We are seeking an experienced Master Project Coordinator to join our team at BQ INTERNATIONAL LTD. as part of our Highways Project Management department.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing high-level projects in the highways sector, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and meeting customer expectations.

This role involves:

  • Managing project schedules, resources, and budgets to deliver projects within agreed-upon timeframes, costs, and performance parameters.
  • Coordinating with project stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and customers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential project risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field, preferably in the highways or construction industry.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
