Job Description

C S Inc is a leading provider of safety-critical systems in the aerospace, electric, and autonomous driving industries.

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Verification Team Lead to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Ensure the technical quality of deliverables, reviewing and validating the team's output.
  • Work Package Management: Define work packages and manage suppliers when activities are outsourced.
  • Software Verification Processes: Define and implement software verification processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement efforts with a focus on quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Team Management: Instill a positive work ethic in the team.
  • Client Communication: Communicate and coordinate with clients on technical subjects.
  • Status Updates: Provide weekly status updates and workload assessments to the Project Manager.
  • Team Training: Identify and provide team training.
  • Business Development: Actively participate in the development of the company through involvement in technical and commercial proposals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Verification & Validation of Embedded Software in a DO178B or DO178C environment.
  • Team Leadership: Minimum 2 years of experience as a team lead (team follow-up, reporting, team building and motivation, training and coaching).
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of software SCADE, Matlab / Simulink, C, C++, Microsoft Office, DOORS, SVN, Mantis.
  • Soft Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, curiosity, autonomy, pro-activity, and ability to find solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to isolate and troubleshoot hardware, system, and software problems.
  • Adaptability: Fast learner and able to adapt easily on new systems.
  • Teamwork: Team player with great attention to detail.
