Cafeteria Management Position at CALG CHICKEN FOODS INC
Responsibilities of the Restaurant Supervisor include overseeing the daily operations of the food service team, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining records of stock and sales. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for training staff in job duties and ensuring they adhere to health and safety protocols. You will also be responsible for establishing work schedules and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Work Environment and Conditions
The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks is required. The ideal candidate will possess flexibility and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
Applicants for the Restaurant Supervisor position should have at least 1 year of experience in a food service environment and a secondary school diploma. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety protocols and be able to train staff effectively. Fluency in English is required.
