GEMTEC Consulting Engineers & Scientists Limited is seeking an experienced Municipal Engineer to join their team in either Moncton or Halifax. The ideal candidate will possess a wide range of experience in civil engineering consulting with leadership skills and the ability to take initiative.

This role will provide an opportunity for the successful candidate to generate new and innovative ways to approach consulting engineering in a dynamic group of professionals focusing on quality, integrity, and collaboration.

The successful candidate will support all GEMTEC Atlantic locations and will be required to travel as needed. Key qualifications include being currently registered with APEGNB, holding a Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering from an accredited University, and having approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management
  • Preparation of contract specifications, tender documents, and engineering drawings
  • Assisting in field operations as required
  • Utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Construction Administration

Requirements:

  • Full Time position
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Many roles qualify for reallocation assistance within Canada
