Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Superior Transportation Logistics Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office procedures, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and greet visitors. Schedule appointments and confirm meetings.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents. Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
