Key Responsibilities:

  • Pack fruits and vegetables with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Pick row and orchard crops to ensure optimal yields.
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to maintain soil health and promote growth.
  • Sort fruits and vegetables to ensure quality and readiness for market.
  • Harvest crops at the right time to maximize flavor and aroma.
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for market.

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and bend, crouch, or kneel as needed.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physically demanding role with handling of heavy loads.

Working Conditions:

  • Outdoor work site with dusty, hot, and noisy conditions.
  • All-weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.
  • Rural area with own transportation required.

Work Term: Seasonal.

Language: English.

Hours: 40 to 72 hours per week.
