At Richwin Farms Inc., we are seeking a skilled Fruit Farming Assistant to join our team. As a Fruit Farming Assistant, you will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops. You will also fertilize and spray crops, as well as harvest them at the appropriate time. This is a physically demanding role that requires handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods. We are looking for someone with experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming, who is comfortable working outdoors and at heights. If you have experience in equipment and machinery, such as fruit harvesters, fertilizer applicators, and sprayers or dusters, this is an added asset. The work site environment is a combination fruit and vegetable farm, and the tasks are varied and challenging. We are seeking someone who is willing to learn and take on new responsibilities. The work conditions are physically demanding, and the employee must be able to handle heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and walk for long distances. Experience is an asset, but not required. The work schedule is 40 hours per week, and the language of work is English.
