Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Team: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, including food preparers and counter attendants, to ensure that our customers receive prompt and courteous service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in food preparation, customer service, and teamwork.
- Manage Food Preparation and Service: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure that our restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Monitor and Control Inventory: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and control waste to minimize losses and optimize profitability.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
- Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and frequent bending and stooping.
