Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
