Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Preventive Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Edmonton. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional maintenance services to our customers, ensuring their equipment operates efficiently and safely.

The successful candidate will work closely with our sales and customer support teams to provide accurate and timely preventive maintenance quotes, as well as coordinate necessary services with our technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quote and Set-up of Preventive Maintenance Agreements: Utilize our contracts management system to create and manage PM agreements for our customers.
  • Preventive Maintenance Agreement Administration: Track and maintain all PM agreement information, ensuring up-to-date records and timely renewals.
  • Review, Close, and Invoice Completed Jobs: Carefully review completed jobs, close and invoice them promptly, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Coordinate Necessary Service: Work with customers and technicians to schedule and complete necessary maintenance services, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Update Pricing Calculator Tool: Maintain and improve our pricing calculator tool to ensure accuracy and efficiency in quote generation.
  • Incoming Call Requests: Handle incoming PM call requests from internal and external customers, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Manage Prepaid Agreements: Oversee prepaid agreements, ensuring timely usage and adjustments as needed.
  • Monitor Customer Machines: Utilize John Deere Link to track and monitor customer machines with active PM contracts, identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Maintenance Experience: 1-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or a related field.
  • Service Delivery: Proven ability to deliver high-quality service, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office software tools, including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
Estimated Salary Range

$55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
