Logistics Manager for Vehicle Distribution

Reporting to the Distribution Manager - Canada, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and direct all distribution-related tasks for the Jaguar brand and certain Land Rover models. This includes:

  • Order Calls – Administering the vehicle ordering process as required;
  • Retailer Inquiries – Timely responses to all distribution-related retailer inquiries;
  • Wholesale Forecasting – Monthly and ad hoc forecasts as necessary;
  • Price Testing – For new models and model years;
  • MTT Set up and Maintenance – For new models and model years;
  • Port Installed Accessories – Vista setup and maintenance as required;
  • Company Car/OUV Ordering;
  • Ship Receipting – Autoport notification and review of Port Installed Accessories for conflicts;
  • Inventory Files/Reports – As required;
  • Transit Damage Claims - Overseeing, supporting, and assisting the Port Manager.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Monthly Invoice Reconciliation/Processing/Approval:
    • Financial reconciliation of POs (purchase orders) with the finance team;
    • Create/maintain POs for CN, Hansen's, eTracks, Silvers;
    • Reconcile/process/approve monthly invoices for CN, Hansen's, eTracks, Silvers.
  • Monthly/Annually:
    • Monthly Pipeline Percentage sold orders;
    • RPRA Audit (Tire Recycling);
    • eTracks reporting and Audit (Tire Recycling);
    • Annual Transport times project (days to retailer).
  • Perform other duties as required.
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience;
  • 1-3 years experience related to the role;
  • Strong leadership, team management, and strategic thinking;
  • Product and brand knowledge;
  • Collaboration and communication;
  • End-to-end project management;
  • Project planning and execution;
  • Data-driven performance management and improvement;
  • Intermediate/Advanced skills in – Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SAP;
  • Automotive technical background considered an asset.

Average salary range for this position in Canada is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

We offer a hybrid ways of working schedule, with Monday, Tuesday, Thursday dedicated office days.
