Heavy Vehicle Parts Specialist

At UAP Inc., we are seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Parts Specialist to join our team. This role is part of our Heavy Vehicle Parts Division, which is Canada's largest truck, heavy-duty and diesel fuel injection parts distribution network.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description: As a Heavy Vehicle Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for processing RFQs, technical specifications, and orders via email or phone. You will provide price quotations, technical product information, and manage inventory through forecasting. You will also interpret technical specifications (blueprints, drawings and schematics) and translate them. Additionally, you will maintain key customer lists and master product cross-references.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building relationships
- The ability to communicate in English and Canadian French (written and verbal)
- Experience with inventory management and forecasting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
