Building Science Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Building Science Technologist to join our team in Regina or Saskatoon, SK.
About the Role:
- Conduct property condition assessments and building investigations to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement reserve fund studies to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Prepare technical reports and proposals to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure effective project delivery.
- Develop business development skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Requirements:
- Sound construction knowledge and understanding of building systems.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture, or diploma in Architectural/Civil Technology.
- 1-3 years of experience in building assessments, preferably with commercial building inspector experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A valid driver's license, insurance, and personal vehicle required.
