Building Science Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Science Technologist to join our team at Pinchin Ltd. in Regina or Saskatoon, SK.
About the Role:The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of building systems, including structure, building enclosures, mechanical and electrical systems, roofing systems, interior elements, and site features.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct property condition assessments and building investigations
- Prepare technical reports and reserve fund studies
- Liaise with clients and contractors
- Develop business development skills to build new client relationships
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture, or diploma in Architectural/Civil Technology
- 1-3 years of experience in building assessments
- Commercial Building Inspector experience is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
