Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team at MT. NEWTON SHELL. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing policies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales volumes
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and determine staffing requirements
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a management role
