About the Role
Nabors is seeking a skilled Journeyman Millwright/Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team at our Nisku facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing diversified tasks relating to the repair of all Canrig equipment, including Top Drives, TM 80/120 Wrenches, and Power Catwalks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform equipment repairs, including inspection, teardown, repair, and reassembly of Top Drives, TM-80, and Power Catwalks.
- Complete in-house cleaning and dry ice blasting of parts and components.
- Maintain all facility equipment and tools.
- Inspect and perform preventative maintenance checks on facility equipment.
- Ensure shop cleanliness and provide assistance in other areas of the facility as needed.
Requirements
- Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic or Journeyman Millwright Certificate.
- 2-3 years' experience in the industrial field.
- Strong working knowledge of hydraulic systems.
- Electrical controls experience considered an asset.
- Oilfield experience is an asset.
- Valid Driver's License.
