Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Chopped Leaf. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team is motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and optimize staffing levels.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management and supply chain logistics.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients to secure the best possible deals.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
