At Mackenzie Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Care Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for performing ECGs, reviewing strips for abnormalities, and monitoring patients during stress tests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ECG Performance: Perform high-quality ECGs, review strips for any irregularities, and alert nurses or physicians if necessary.
  • Stress Test Monitoring: Monitor patients during stress tests and notify the Cardiologist if any abnormalities are detected.
  • Report Scanning: Scan reports and identify any irregularities in patient cardiac patterns.
Requirements:
  • Certification: Hold certification with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists or equivalent.
  • BCLS Certificate: Possess a current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certificate.
  • Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in hospital settings, specifically in ECG, stress testing, and scanning.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
