Job Summary:

As a Gun Counter Outfitter at Bass Pro Shops, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This role requires a passion for the outdoors and a strong understanding of firearms and related products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to customers on firearms and accessories
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
  • Assist customers in finding solutions to meet their outdoor lifestyle needs
  • Ensure a positive and welcoming store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • One or more years of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
