We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.

As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to complex patient populations, including those with unpredictable outcomes.

You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care, adhering to the Professional Standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario and the Philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Current certification in BCLS
  • Recent experience in Emergency Nursing, including the care of complex patient populations
  • Ability to use the Nursing Process to deliver individualized care planning and delivery
  • Strong interprofessional and communication skills

Prior experience in Emergency Nursing, including triaging patients and caring for multiple trauma patients, is an asset.

We offer a competitive salary range of $39.070 to $56.000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
