About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at Deciem. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, equipment, and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work.
  • Assist in winter maintenance management, office moving, and event management.
  • Respond to repair requests and ensure compliance with CMMS work orders.
  • Conduct daily facility checks and maintain high housekeeping standards.
  • Assist and supervise facility contractors as required.
Requirements
  • Drywall, plumbing, painting, and minor electrical experience.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
