Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department, including technician management and inventory control
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Lead and manage a team of technicians and service advisors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze department performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a service management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
