We are seeking an exceptional Cloud Contact Center Solutions Designer to join our dynamic team at Quantiphi. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and platforms, driving innovation in the contact center as a service (CCaaS) domain.
About the RoleThis position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive CCaaS solutions that meet the unique needs of clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Solution Architecture: Design and develop tailored CCaaS solutions leveraging industry-leading technologies and platforms.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Integration: Seamlessly integrate CCaaS solutions with enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and BI tools, to enhance overall customer experience.
- Proof of Concepts: Conduct thorough evaluations of new technologies and platforms to determine their suitability for CCaaS offerings.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation plans, to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to CCaaS solutions, working closely with development and operations teams to resolve problems efficiently.
- Prior experience in designing and implementing contact center solutions is essential.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with building IVR systems using cloud-based CCaaS platforms like Google CCAI Platform, Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, Five9, Cisco, and Avaya are necessary.
- Expertise in cloud-based infrastructure and platforms, specifically AWS, Azure, and GCP, is required.
- Experience with integration technologies, including APIs, web services, messaging, CMS, Ticketing systems, and Back office applications, is crucial.
- Familiarity with concepts like Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), and Call routing, Queues, RTI, Queue management, skill-based routing, and escalation paths is vital.
- Awareness of operations performed by Live Agents during a chat/call, such as Disposition codes, AHT, Warm Transfer/Cold Transfer, etc., is essential.
- The ability to design and implement call flows, agent scripts, and customer workflows is necessary.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Experience in building omni-channel solutions (voice, chat, email, SMS, social media) to provide seamless customer experiences across various touchpoints is desired.
- Experience with contact center analytics and reporting tools is highly valued.
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements, such as PCI DSS and HIPAA, is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organization.
