Job Summary:

The Dining Room Attendant at Fantasyland Hotel is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting the server in ensuring timely and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wipe down all tables with a clean cloth and set and/or reset all tables.
  • Ensure dirty dishes are taken to the dish area and sorted as required.
  • Ensure clean dishes are placed in the proper stations.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and assist the server in maintaining clean tables.
  • Empty garbage and recyclables.
  • Ensure the buffet area is clean and tidy.
  • Have knowledge of the menus and specials and respond to guest inquiries when asked.
  • Assist in other Food & Beverage outlets as assigned.
  • Assist the servers with table service as required.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing, courteous and friendly.
  • Ability to work as a team.

Terms of Employment:

  • This is a part-time position that requires flexible availability including weekdays, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
