Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at 1085530 BC LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to maintain a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Culinary Expertise: Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Food Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and handled in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Certifications: Cook Trade Certification, Canadian Federation of Chefs and Cooks certification, Cook Red Seal Certificate, and Food Safety Certificate.
