We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Expert, Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Employer Services team. This role is integral to the success of our pension administration operations and requires a thorough understanding of pension plan texts, regulations, and system processes.

In this position, you will conduct comprehensive quality assessments to ensure that our tools, processes, and systems meet the highest standards for our team, members, and employers. Your expertise will be invaluable in identifying defects, collaborating with IT teams, and implementing corrective actions.

You will facilitate change management efforts within the pension administration teams by documenting changes and ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, tools, and practices. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support to the pension administration teams on system updates, process changes, and new functionalities.

Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify complex issues and propose effective solutions. With excellent communication skills, you will convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in auditing, testing, and quality reviews is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL or Power BI.
